Welcome to QRD #44.

If you’ve been reading the recent series interviewing guitarists, hopefully you’ll dig this set interviewing bass players.  A lot of slightly altered questions from the guitarist set.  It was interesting reading them because my only knowledge of bass playing is built around playing guitar so I felt like I learned some things this time out.  I found it interesting how some people come in saying “A bass is fundamentally different than a guitar,” & others said, “It’s a type of guitar.”  

The next issue is going to be the start of our label owner series.

We just started a new blog doing reviews of records we liked but haven’t listened to in a while called Nostalgia Equals Distortion.  We even got our good friend Ben Vendetta (Elephant Stone Records) to be one of the regular contributors.
